We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director with a strong background in visual communication and video production, specifically within the health and wellness industry. This role is pivotal in setting the creative vision for our brand and leading our talented design team to bring that vision to life. The Creative Director will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing Arbonne's brand identity and awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Vision and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the CMO to develop and articulate a compelling creative vision for the brand that aligns with our mission and values.
- Collaborate in a cross functional team environment to create and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and videographers to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand standards.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality output and continuous improvement.
Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the production of all visual content, including videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and effectively communicates our health and wellness message.
- Develop creative concepts and strategies to effectively market our products
- Develop creative strategies for promoting our beauty and nutrition products through visually appealing storytelling.
- Oversee the creation of creative campaigns, event marketing and presentation material, including social media graphics, onsite signage, digital campaigns, product packaging, and more.
- Manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and adjusting as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as agencies and freelancers, to enhance creative capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role, with a focus on visual communication and video production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in the health and wellness industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Deep understanding of brand development, marketing principles, and the latest trends in visual communication and video production.
- Proficiency in design programs such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Strong understanding of consumer products and how visual storytelling can drive sales.
- Experience in ecommerce or network marketing is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Ability to work on site up to 3 days a week
